Course Charges
- The charge for a C.L.T.I. correspondence course
reflects all the usual aspects of a Bible College
course, the cost of course development, grading and
administration, etc. The C.L.T.I. course charge also
includes the cost of the Learning Packet, including
the cassette tapes of the class sessions, lesson
outlines and notes, Worksheets, etc. The Course
Charge is roughly equivalent to tuition.
The course charges will differ depending on the
length of the course: a one-credit course has 12
lessons, a two-credit course 24 lessons, and a
three-credit course as many as 36 lessons. The
course charges for C.L.T.I. courses are $110.00 per
credit.
Textbooks
Required texts may be mailed to you along with your
Learning Packet and must be ordered separately. They can
be ordered directly from the publisher or purchased from
your local bookstore. C.L.T.I. can provide all texts. If
you order your texts from C.L.T.I. they will be mailed
to you along with your Learning Packet.
City Bible Publishing
Shipping & Handling
Shipping & Handling includes the costs of processing
your order and
shipping you the complete Learning Packet. These costs
are included in the Course Charges for students living
in the U.S.A. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.
Shipping & Handling costs will be billed separately to
those living outside of the U.S.A.
Enrollment Fee
Enrollment Fee. A non-refundable fee to pay for the
cost of processing your registration and setting up your
Permanent Academic Record--$20.00
Discounts
- Study Group Discounts. Study groups will receive a
discount of 25% off of their Course Charge. The reason
is that only one personal, the Study Group Coordinator,
will receive a set of tapes. Everyone will receive the
rest of the Learning Packet.
- Ministerial Discount. Full-time and/or ordained
ministers will receive a 15% discount.
- Spouse Discount. If the spouse of student wants to take
the same course at the same time, he/she may do so at a
25% discount.
- Senior Discount. Students 60 years old or older may take
25% off of their Course Charges.
- PBC Alumni Discount. Former (or present) students of
Portland Bible College will be given a 15% discount.
- The maximum total discount allowable is 25%. All
discounts apply to the Course Charges only and not to
any other costs.
Payment & Return Policy
- All payments must be made in full in US FUNDS.
- If any of the material in your Learning Packet is
damaged, please return it to the C.L.T.I. office within
30 days and we will replace it immediately.
- If you find your course(s) is unsatisfactory and you
return it in its entirety and undamaged within 30 days
of receiving it, all your charges (except the
non-refundable Enrollment Fee) will be refunded.
- Replacement cassettes can be purchased for $4.00 per
tape.
- We can take VISA and MasterCard. Please call the C.L.T.I.
office to process a charge.
