The Coordinator will be responsible for the use of the cassette tapes and will be the only one to receive a copy of them. All the other members will receive a copy of the course notes.
  • The members will then agree on a schedule for the class schedule and a set a specific time for the first class session.
  • During the class session the Coordinator will play the audio cassette while each member takes notes.
  • At the end of 12 lessons he will collect the worksheets and mail them to the CLTI office. When he relieves the exams he schedules a special class session so the group can take the exam together. He will then mail them in as a group.
  • At the end of the course he will also collect the Study Projects from the members and mail them in with the last set of worksheets.
