The Timothy Program, over the last two years, has proven to be a great program that equips many of our own young people for their future ministry and calling. There are three main elements to the Timothy Program; systematic Bible teaching, servanthood and ministry opportunity. This is all done in a framework of intense discipleship and accountability. These have proven be a strong three-fold chord that can take a willing young person to new levels in Christ and the Church.

Principles of church life for membership

PBC classes

Modules taught by pastors in the church and the intern director

• Impartation from Pastor Frank and other Elders on a regular basis
• Mentoring groups led by Pastors and leaders in the church
• Serving in various departments of the church

Working for conferences

Volunteer work around the offices and church

Helping with various events throughout the year

• Community outreach and ministry teams

Outreaches into the community for the purpose of evangelism and servanthood.

Boy’s homes, mission work in the city, volunteer work on campuses, and tutoring at public schools

• Timothy Missions Introduction (TMI)

Twenty days in Mexico in an environment that immerses the young people into a cross-cultural missions experience. This TMI includes daily Spanish training, daily devotions, work projects, daily street evangelism, and other related missionary work.

• Timothy Foundations

Accountability and instruction in the following areas;

Devotional Life, basic finances, short term and long term life goals, spiritual giftings, right and wrong thinking, etc.
