Mission and Purpose:
To fulfill the New Testament mandate of building the local church.
To provide local church discipleship and training for our own young people in church leadership, fruitful Christian living in the secular community, and to be reproducing members of the body of Christ.
To be part of committed, consistent, participation in the extension of the kingdom of God here in our Jerusalem and then to utter most parts of the earth.
In a world where the training of Christian young people is left to universities, colleges, trade schools, and maybe para-church organizations, we believe the New Testament is clear that the training for leadership for the church must be in the church. The New Testament instrument on the earth to extend the kingdom of God is the local church. Where a young person is trained and who trains them is the foundation for whatever a young person may do in life. There could be no greater place to grow in godly foundations then in the environment that God has provided right here in City Bible Church, a local church. Wherever a young person may go, wherever they study or work, we hope that this program will strengthen many more young people in the years to come for fulfillment of the great commission.
